/ The Process

No quote until we know the actual fault.

We run diagnostics first, show you the fault and the part cost, then you decide. Nothing moves until you have the full picture.

Diagnose, then quote

Repair and collect

We run full diagnostics before pricing anything. You see the confirmed fault, the part needed, and the exact cost. If the repair isn't worth it, we say so.

Once you approve, we source genuine parts and complete the repair — usually the same session. Collect your TV the same day.

Bring in any TV type — LED, LCD, Smart, or OLED. We log the fault you've noticed and open a job ticket on the spot.

Genuine parts, sourced before we start

We stock components for common faults and source directly for specific models. No pattern-matched substitutes — the part that ships is the part the manufacturer specified.

Same-day by design

The workshop is set up to diagnose, source, and repair in a single session. Parts are on-hand for the most common faults; for specific models we can source same-morning.

Drop off before 10 AM and you're likely collecting the same afternoon. That's not a promise — it's what the process makes possible.

Know what's wrong and what it costs before committing to a repair. Bring it in — the diagnostic takes minutes.
